Lehman College’s Science Hall, designed by Perkins+Will, is the first City University of New York (CUNY) building to achieve LEED™ Platinum Certification. Join us for a discussion with leaders of the project to learn how they went beyond the level of LEED Certified to achieve LEED Platinum at no additional cost, despite energy-intensive laboratory equipment and ventilation requirements.

Home to the biological science and chemistry departments, the 69,000 square-foot, four-story building includes a multi-story atrium, linking laboratories, seminar rooms, and offices; additionally, the rooftop features a greenhouse equipped for conducting research and holding lectures.
